Season Tariff

1. The hotel checkin -in time is 1300 hrs and checkout time is 12 noon.
2. For arrivals at the hotel prior to 0700 hrs, the reservation needs to be made and held from the previous night.
3. For arrivals between 0700 hrs - 1300 hrs, a request for early check- in can be made and will be subject to availability.
4. Likewise for late check-outs, a request can be made to the hotel and will be subject availability.
5. Prices are subject to change without notice.
6. Luxury tax applicable will be as per the Government of India regulations. Any increase in Government levies will be extra.
7. A child between the age of 0-2 years is classed as an infant and will be considered free of charge. A cot for the same will be provided on a complimentary basis - subject to availability.
8. A child between 3 - 12 years will be charged at the applicable extra child rate.
9. A child above 12 years will be considered as an adult, and extra adult charges will be applicable.
10. The room can accomodate a maximum of 3 adults or 2 adults with 2 children below 12 years.
11. It is compulsory for any Non - resident, Indian/ Foreigner to produce their passport at the time of check-in.
12. It is compulsory for any Indian national to carry a valid identity proof, including photo id and produce it at the time of check- in.

Reservation Policy
 

1. All rates quoted are in Indian rupees and all accounts must be settled directly with the hotel in Indian rupees.
2. The entire amount of the booking for the total stay must be paid for in full in order to confirm the booking.

Cancellation Policy
 

1. All reservations can be cancelled upto 14 days prior to date of arrival without incurring cancellation fees.
2. A reservation that is cancelled within 14 days of arrival will be applicable to the following retention charges;
   Duration of stay 1 - 3 nights        - Retention 1 night charge
   Duration of stay 3 - 7 nights        - Retention 3 night charge
   Duration of stay 7 nights +          - Retention 50% of total stay
   
    
3. Reservation will be held upto 1800 hrs on the day of arrival unless prior information for late check -in has been provided.
4. A reservation that is neither cancelled nor taken up by the client by the stipulated time, will be classed as a no - show. In such a situation, 100% no -show charge wil be implemented and any further nights included in the reservation will be automatically cancelled.

Credit Card Booking Terms and Conditions

In a concerted effort to reduce credit card fraud and protect the guest, we would request
you to follow the following regulations;

1. If you have made a booking via this website for yourself and using your own credit
   card, we will request that the same credit card is produced at the time of check - in.
2. If the credit card holder is not the one of the guests staying at the hotel, then a copy
   of the credit card ( both front and back), self attested by the credit card holder should be
   produced at the time of check -in. In addition to the above, it is also required to produce a
   letter, duly signed by the credit card holder, authorizing the use of the credit card for the
   booking of the room. The letter should mention the names of the guests, date of travel,
   property and room type. This letter should also be produced at the time of check-in.
3. In case the above documents are not produced by the guests, the hotel reserves full
   right to deny the reservation. In such a case no refund will be given to the guest.

Refund Policy
 

1. In case of refund, bank transaction charges will be deducted above the cancellation
   charges due.
2. In case of credit card transactions, refunds will be done only to the same credit.
3. For refunds on credit card transactions, please allow for a minimum of 7 days for the bank transaction to go through.
    

We as a merchant shall be under no liability whatsoever in respect of any loss or damage arising directly or indirectly out of the decline of authorization for any Transaction, on Account of the Cardholder having exceeded the preset limit  mutually agreed by us with our acquiring bank from time to time
